At Growin Every, we strive to provide high-quality custom-printed clothing and accessories. Since each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales on www.growinevery.com are final. We do not process refunds for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
❌ Accidental orders
❌ Color or design variations due to screen settings
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers

2. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

While we do not offer refunds, we will replace defective or damaged products under the following conditions:
✔ The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
✔ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue
✔ The item is unused and in its original condition

If your item qualifies for a replacement, contact us at hi@growinevery.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages (please contact the carrier for claims)
