If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the removed content, including its previous location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and agree to accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA complaint.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringers
Growin Every has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
